(NOTE: the PES6 Editor is not compatible with the PES 2008 OF and vise versa)

You can open the Editor by clicking file located in the Pes Editor Folder.

Now that you opened your OF, you'll notice a numerous amount of tabs located on top. This is were you can make your Editing needs. *(Image Below)

3. TRANSFER TAB

This is were you can make transfers between teams, change the player names, the player numbers and also this is were you would edit individual player attributes such as: General Info, Position, Stats and Special Abilities.

3a. Transferring Players between Team

Transferring players between teams could be more easier.

1. Select the Team the player is located at. (First Drop-Down box)

3. In that box (RED SQUARE *on the image above) you can change the player shirt number. Type in the new number and then HIT ENTER in your KEY BOARD to make the change permanent.

1. Double click the player you want to edit *(you should get the image above)

2. In here you can edit: General Info, Stats, Special Abilities, and Positions

1. Pick your Team

2. In the Stadium option (Drop-Down Box) Pick the Stadium you wish to make the home turf for the selected
team.

4e. Overwriting Licensed Team Kits

You heard me right. Tired of getting the game when its release and a few months later the teams get new kits? Well fear no more.

1. First pick the Licensed Team who's kit you want to overwrite. (ex. Barcelona, Image above)

2. Go to File > Open OF2.

3. Open the same OF you are using.

4. Double right click on the name of the team who's kit your overwriting.

5. You should get a new small box with the name of the team who's kit your overwriting on the very top. (Image Above)

6. Now click on the name of a team which is not licensed. (Ex. Arsenal, Chelsea etc.)

7. When you get the option to import the logos just hit cancel, you'll add the correct ones to the kit later on.

8. You might noticed that when you overwrote the kit, the name of the team, badge and stadium change. (EX. if i overwrite Barca with Arsenal, Barca's name, badge and stadium will change to represent Arsenal.)

9. Lets fix this, now change the name back to its original state. Make sure to make the badge default and to change the stadium as well.

10. Now, all you have to do is edit the kit with the in-game editor, like you would normally would do with an unlicensed team.

5. EMBLEM TAB

In this tab you can import/export all your 16 or 128 colour badges.

*NOTE 1: For Pes6 you can stock 100 emblems at 16 colours or 50 emblems at 128 colours.

re: PES Editor Tutorial Guide

Okay, thanks for your help!

Sorry to sound kind of Noobish (but I am kind of a Noob) but when I try to load my unedited option file so I can use PES editor, it doesn't show up. I transfered using a maxdrive (just copied my option file to the drive)--is there something I have to do to the file for PES editor to be able to recognize it? I just assumed that when I copied the file to the maxdrive it would be in the correct format...

the file on my drive is called BASLUS-21685P2K8OPT...

Thanks in advance for taking the time to respond
