I find that to be very balanced between defence and attack. If you want to go a bit more defensive, you could swap one of the forwards for Ambrosini and put him at CMF, and maybe move Kaka to SS.

That's how I play it most of the time, but you ca always put gattuso on his own at DMF and move Pirlo to amf because he can do good there with his passing ability in the game.
