Ok, this has left me really confused, so I'd appreciate any & all help & suggestions - I've been rewarded the fast-feet style, but no matter how long I run while activating the style, there seems to be no sign of the skill developing...

First Make sure you have lightfoot in you quick icon board then prerss the number where you put it. From there all you need to do is press the left Alt key. BTW you steer with the right click of the mouse if you know what I mean.

also, the skill gains speed as it developes as there is a hugely noticable difference between lvls 1 to 5, it just builds as you use it and is very handy in getting across the map fast(the heavenly demon area can be spanned in under 5mins with the lvl5 lightfoot)

Kinda noticed it too since I was running beside a guy and I ran faster hooray for lightfoot lvl6 can wait to get the blue aura

the auras and stuff come from the clan technique versions(like adept and master) basic looks the same from dam near every clan.
