Why have they made the game like this, it was such a better format on the older games, this games very disapointing, anybody else share my opinion?

Am I right in thinking that you preferred to be able to roam around the streets in your free time than just go to these events?
If so, then I agree, but the races in themselves on this game are ace!

Sorry, they told us that it wasn't going to be the same as Carbon, the Underground series, nor the Most Wanted games, so you kicked yourself in the foot for that one.

Although, I like the format of ProStreet better than the format of any of the other previous titles, but it's your opinion, not mine.

i like this game lot its fun to me but its not like carbon to me or underground but i like it more

I did prefer the other set up where you could roam but as somebody else pointed out, the races are really good.
I wouldnt go out and buy this game, Id easily take Forza 2.
Got this game as a present so cant complain

I have to say, I prefer the older titles like Underground and Carbon to this one. I wouldn't go so far as to refer to Pro Street as crap, but it got very boring, very quickly. I prefer the ability to free roam as opposed to being forced only to race. I liked the modding from Underground 2, the police from Most Wanted and the driving and pit crew from Carbon. If they could combine all of these elements into one NFS game, they'd have something brilliant. I also like it at night too.
