There are some screens from shenmue 3

hmm they look interesting and that man that teached you Kung Fu is on it,something tells me they are not shenmue 3 images though because Yu Suzuki said that if Shenmue 2X is a flop then he won't bother with Shenmue 3

1) Ren of Heavens supposed confirmation quote on Shenmue 3 was already posted in another thread.........over three months ago!


since it's official news though, and hasn't been mentioned before in this thread, i'll let it pass, but please make more effort to read other threads before posting in the future.


2) Those same pics posted by dojo were posted by me...again in another thread...and also over three months ago!

no-one has confirmed that they are from Shenmue III, and it's more likely deleted or existing screnes from Shenmue IIx.

this pic is a loading screen supposedly found in Shenmue IIx. i dont have any other info on this, but there's something you should all know...........it's not fake, and it came from Shenmue.com!


when i can get a Japanese friend to look into this for me, i'll report back.






an obvious character tree of some kind, explaining the relationships between the various characters in the game.


here's a brief explanation of the text by each character. they explain possible connections and state the following:

Shenhua: "Another heroine?"
it also says "Aah.. the line is continuing beyond Shenhua..."

there's another character connected to Shenhua, but who could it be? we've had no indication of any of her family appearing in the game, besides her father, who is supposedly dead........isn't he?

Zhang: "An aquaintance of Ren?"
Xiuying: "Her big brother?"

The red line pointing next to Ryo says
"What is under this mosaic?" (the answer of which cannot be told, as the picture is blurred)

The line from the other side asks
"Who else is connected to 'Cho' and Ryo'?"



a source from Shenmue dojo states that Cho Seung Mao is the Japanese pronounciation of Zhao Sunming.

unfortunately the rest of the text is too small to make out at present, but i'll update it when new sources of information arrives.

and it's now official.....Microsoft have made a deal with Sega-Europe before Christmas that Shenmue II PAL will be released Quarter 1 2003.

the latest interview with AM2 has shown definite plans and plot details concerning Shenmue III, as well as discussions involving Shenmue IIII, where they have now decided to end the series with!
