Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2: Explorers of Time & Darkness  NA Release: April 20th 08' Informational Articles: Darkness and Time Exclusive Legends: Celebi and Mewtwo can only be unlocked in their respective edition; Celebi in Time, and Mewtwo in Darkness. 4th Generation Starters: Despite popular belief of Riolu making his appearance as a starting Pokemon or partner, the only 4th gen Pokemon making their starter or partner appearances are as follows: Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup, and Munchlax. Total Available Pokemon: 491 of the ever popular Pokemon make their appearance in these titles; Arceus and Shaymin are the two who do not. Exclusive Pokemon: As follows are the exclusive Pokemon to be found in their perspective title: Time: Combee Pachirisu Riolu Lucario *Celebi Darkness: Burmy Buneary Lopunny Rotom *Mewtwo All version exclusive Pokemon can be found in the dungeons of the opposite title; however they'll need to be unlocked through Wondermail, besides the denoted [*]; whom are only unlock able and able to be found in the dungeons in their perspective version. More information regarding the version exclusives and events can be found here: * The Plot: "One night, after taking a personality test, the player falls into the ocean and washes up on a sandy beach, eventually falling unconscious and awakening having turned into a Pokemon. The partner is an aspiring Pokémon who wishes to become a famous explorer, but cannot join the Wigglytuff Guild, the official exploration club, without another member. After helping the partner defeat two Pokémon criminals, a Koffing and a Zubat, your partner suggest that you form an exploration team, and you accept. You are quickly admitted into the Wigglytuff Guild by the kindhearted Wigglytuff, and her hot-tempered yet well-meaning right hand man Chatot. You get to go on explorations and help Pokemon. However, 90% of your money is given to the Guild to pay off its expenses.
