My sunbringer and only at that. Thanks to weather's nerfing I see less and less weather teams so I don't usually get that weather fight. However when I do I'm usually up against a sand team with Tyranitars which I can quickly cripple with WoW then Roar/Switch out(Also to roar out the annoying Dugtrios). I never met a rain team so far in Gen 6 despite my 500+ Wifi Battles I have done. NineTales is my only support to Houndoom. She is almost never on the field if not against a great match-up who are weak to her STAB. I only have Psyshock on her for the Tentacruels and Gengars they would switch into.. and very frequently at that. They are unexpected when they lose more than half their health only to be outsped and killed immediately on the next turn(Except Gengar). Her only purpose is to tank some hits and bringing the sun. I try to keep the sun up as much as possible as 4 of my Pokemons in my team are weak to water. The sun always leaves opportunities for my Houndoom to come in.

Timid/Flash Fire Mega:Solar Power
The monster that I tried to work with. He is extremely squishy and I'll admit I even won a lot of games without even bringing my Houndoom out to the battle or losing him almost instantly as he has very little opportunities to switch in. However, if threats are eliminated he has the potential to OHKO a bunch of Pokemons when the sun is up. I use him like a quick revolver, bring him in, quickly fire, then retreat. His damage is so massive it's sometimes ridiculous. With Solar Beam to take care of Rock/Water Bulks blocking your path with 2 great STABS, he is virtually unstoppable... Or is he? Well he is ridiculously weak in terms of defenses not to mention the fact of losing health every turn due to Solar Power. I really only use him as a quick source of strong damage, to switch-in, then switch-out. So a bulky Rapid-Spinner was a must.
Great Opportunities to Switch in:
-Predicting Fire Attacks (EX: Chandelure/Sableye Will-O-Wisp)
-The Sun is up and you are expecting a weak water attack or a weak attack in general.
-Your Previous Pokemon faints and you are sure you can OHKO the threat or is a weak Pokemon in general.
-Predict Switcheroo/Trick on my Dusclops
Mamoswine @ FocusSash
My trusty Mamoswine which I almost use in any team anytime. One of my favorite Pokemon with a pretty flexible move-set in which he can set-up or deal solid damage. With Focus-Sash He can gurantee a early Stealth-rock going into a Ice Shard suicide lead, however I almost always open up with my Ninetales just to bring the sun up. I try to save him up as long as possible for the Dragon Threats such as Garchomp for that solid Ice damage.
Donphan @ Leftovers
You will be wondering. Why. Why is my Donphan running more offensively than defensively? Won't that make your switch-ins more risky, potentially losing a bulky Pokemon to take the hits my sweepers can't. Well I DID run Donphan defensively until a found out a huge problem for my team. It was giving too much set-up opportunities to the enemy. With his massive base defense my Donphan actually absorbs quite a bit of damage considering the damage he's throwing back. As my Rapid-Spinner I throw him in quite often with out giving the enemy set-up opportunities as well as removing the field of hazards. He still has problems with Physical Bulks with Recovery methods such as Scizor and Mandibuzz.
Dusclops @ Eviolites
My team will cease to function without this guy. He is my main wall that can take any hits, and I have never ever seen this guy fail me. He is my sleep fodder, my wall, my WoW support, you name it he does so much for my team with his most important job of being a impassable wall. He actually does give the enemy set-up opportunities, however he cripples them with WoW and damages them back with Pain Split when they decide to attack me. He can also take special hits very well as both his defenses are amazing. With my constant Switching in and out Dusclops is a perfect pokemon to switch in-between to absorb some unwanted hits. He causes ridiculous amount of problems to unprepared teams and I am happy with that.
Flygon @ Choice Scarf
I don't know man. I know there are better scarf users but I just love my Flygon. Yeah he does have similar moves with Donphan and I was going to use my Sawk or Guts Sleeptalk Heracross BUT I just love my Flygon. He has levitate which is a great ability allowing me to switch into predicted Earth Quakes thrown at my Houndoom/Ninetales, and gives me a speedy Dragon Claw to get rid of Dragons which is actually a big threat for my team. Keeping U-Turn there to keep momentum and Earth Quake to clear away rock types for my Houndoom when the sun is down and/or my Ninetales is down.
Well that is pretty much it, I know I am missing quite a bit of stuff here and there, but I have been winning most of my battles in PS and Wifi-battling. Please rate my team and Please tell me recommendations of pokemon replacements or even possibly move-set changes as I am still having problems against : Sleep, and Bulky Set-up Pokemons.
And did i mention Greninjas...

I really like the idea of using Mega Houndoom as I think it can be devastating when used correctly. I have very little experience with sun teams, but I'll try and give you my best rate
First off, on Ninetales, I'm not really sure what those EVs are doing for it, but you should be running a defensive spread of 252 Hp/ 120 Def/ 136 Spe to outspeed Hyrdreigon and take a Dugtrio's EQ.
On Houndoom, run either NP or Sunny Day> Taunt/Sub. With Solar Power chipping off his health, you're not going to want to further increase that damage with a sub. Additionally, Sun will not always be guaranteed to be up, so you want some way of boosting Houndoom's SpA.
By looking at your team, you have a very hard time dealing with Mamoswine. It can come in a pick off your mons as it pleases and none of them want to switch in to Mamo. Ninetales and Houndoom are KO'd by EQuake. Flygon and Donphan are taken care of with Ice Shard/Crash and EQuake will take out your own Mamo. Admittedly, your Dusclops can take a few EQuakes and cripple it, but the fact that it can basically KO 5/6ths of your team is disturbing. So here's my suggestion. Replace Stone Edge on Donphan with Stealth Rock and then replace your own Mamoswine with a CB Scizor. Obviously, Scizor doesn't want to be continuously be switching into Mamo, but it can easily remove it with a Bullet Punch. It also provides momentum with U-Turn and draws Fire attacks for your Houndoom to set up on.

I did meet countless Mamoswine as the opposing enemy but it gave me little to no trouble as they would never be a threat to my houndoom as it outspeeds, and if its scarfed my switching to my flygon could cripple it which I have done alot. I used starmie as my spinner instead of donphan before but it ended up being a bigger problem due to starmie being too fragile. And yea I was trying to do that with my Ninetales but playing from my DS getting exact numbers on the EVs was too hard lol maybe i should reset it and work on it again.

or maybe on second thought i could breed up another dusclops for frisk and i can scout if the mamoswine is holding a choice item ah ha eureka

hyunwoo0124 If you're playing PS you can give SR to Donphan if you play in the Pokebank tier. And yeah, Houndoom can beat Mamo, but nothing wants to switch in besides Dusclops really.
