While a lot of people use prefer Torny-T for Regenerator, I still think Tornadus packs a whallop with specs Hurricane, being able to 2HKO specially defensive Ferrothorn iirc. Tornadus being dropped in UU will massively increase the number of RD +Swift Swim teams, especially being able to almost always guarantee a RD set up thanks to priority Rain Dance. Bronzong + Tornadus + Kingdra create and fantastic core, and I really don't think it'll be long before it's kicked back up to OU or settles in BL

Cool, it's too good to be UU. So it's OU. Put them in OU. A pokemon too strong for OU isn't BL, it's Uber. You see the silliness?

i dont see the silliness actually. while i agree, BL is a banlist similar to Ubers, you failed to acknowledge that just because a pokemon is too strong for UU, doesn't mean it'll do well in OU. its reasons like this that Mew has jumped from tier to tier rather than just being banned from UU outright. It's not that its too strong for UU, its just that its so flexible, Mew can find a niche in OU as well.
where as a pokemon like staraptor finds difficulty having any success in any OU team because of all the steel types, but wrecks just about everything in UU since the only steel that it needs to deal with is Bronzong
