Sure, it has that small chance of freeze and kill grass, dragon, flying and ground, but consider that starmie is part psychic so it will deal 50% more damage and covers, ghost, fighting, and poison. Oh. Wow that's worse than I thought .-. IceBeam is Starmie's huge advantage: Dragonite and Salamence would otherwise be able to beat it often, and Hydreigon would be able to revenge kill it point-blank. Plus, the four types it covers are very common; meanwhile, Psychic only covers Poison (which is uncommon) and Fighting (it doesn't cover Ghosts, sorry to be the bearer of bad news xD) ------------------- Have cool sets? 	MADNESS I SAY!!! MADNESS! Ice beam and Twave it is...... But yeah, parlyz is great with electro ball and pkm with static. Auto 150 electric damage + 50% more for similar type? yes please!

	Gengar666 Electrode is faster than Jolteon actually, however he has very little power to work with so his best use would be a RainDance user in lowes where Drizzle isn't around. 	But that takes 2 turns. This thing has crap for states other than speed. Thus the Volt Charge for 225 damage.
