	Gengar666 well it depends on what you want Starmie to do: attack hard, attack pretty well but stick around (and maybe RapidSpin a bit), or just irritate. 	OOOOOO thunder wave is NASTY, I might take Jeevs list but with a twist to get more bang for my buck. Thunder Wave Surf Psychic Recover That way starmie will do extra damage with both psy and surf since its type based. The ice beam would be nice for taking out dragons though. But thats what my hydregion is for

	But its only 25% chance of stopping their turn while confusion has a 50% chance and it causes damage.

	Gengar666 yes, but confusion only lasts about 2-5 turns, or until the confused pokemon switches out. With thunder wave, it's permanent, and the effects don't go away, even if the affected pokemon switches out. 	MagnetBoy No, it lowers their speed TO 25% of original. Then has 25% chance of pz. Really, Ice Beam > Psychic??? Sure, it has that small chance of freeze and kill grass, dragon, flying and ground, but consider that starmie is part psychic so it will deal 50% more damage and covers, ghost, fighting, and poison.
