general help Help with Jirachi and Umbreon?

Sorry if I'm reposting something of my own, I haven't been on here in a while LOL.

So right now I have a Draco Meteor Jirachi and a Toxic/Curse Umbreon. And I kindaaaa need help with them lol.

My Jirachi has Draco Meteor, and even though it kinda sucks for Jirachi due to its typing and Sp.Atk drop, I kinda wanna keep this move since it's kinda cool LOL. So I was thinking of a physical Jirachi.

So I was thinking its moveset should be:
Draco Meteor
Iron Head
Zen Headbutt
Wish

Any suggestions? lol. And where should I put its EVs?

And for my Umbreon, I'm kinda doing something out of the ordinary. I know Umbreon's a better support Pokemon rather than a sweeper, but I head a lotta good from Curse Umbreons.

So my planned moveset for my Umbreon is:
Toxic
Curse
Payback
Moonlight/Wish

With this moveset, where should I put its EVs?

Even though Draco Meteors cool, it's not gonna do much damage against opponents. I could suggest a different set, but it depends what direction you wanna go. Jirachi is very versatile; You can run Support, Scarf, Sub-Calm Mind, Mix, Cosmic Power. In the end the decisions yours, and if you pick a set refer to smogons strategy dex and click on Jirachi.

As for Curse Umbreon, let me do some research. I might be able perk ur set, and make it a viable sweeper. I'll edit the set into the post when I'm done.

Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)

- Protect

Curse should make you slow enough to move last every time and abuse payback to Max Potential. plus it boosts ur def and attack a stage. Then Wish and Protect are there for recovery to ensure you get to +6 Atk and Def and sweep with ur -6 Speed + Payback. Enjoy.
