	Log in to remove this sponsored message Introduction This program was brought in to help the less experience people learn how to battle Pokemon competitively. This program takes a couple of inexperienced people and pairs them with an experienced mentor. The mentor then teaches them the basics of competitive battling, how to make a team and how to battle. Note. The mentor will not build you a team but assist you in making one. The length of the program depends on what you need to know and how much you are willingly to learn. Mentors Please only apply if you can be active and you want to teach. No point wasting the apprentice’s time. After filling out the form (below) post it here. `[b]Neo-name[/b]: [b]Your timezone and usual hours of availability[/b]: [b]What experience do you have to offer?[/b]:` At this time I will post saying if you have been approved, you will then wait until I tell you who your apprentice is and wait until they send a message. You will then teach them what they want to know and help them become better. Rules for Mentors Rule 1: Absolutely no off-topic posting allowed. (AKA SPAM) Rule 2: No flaming! This includes yelling at other members for no apparent reason or taking discussion past certain boundaries. Rule 3: Remember to stay active, it is a main part of being a mentor. If you are inactive for one week without a PM to your me explaining why, you will go on the inactive list. If you are inactive for over two weeks, you will be removed from the program. Rule 4: No memberating. Rule 5: Respect the apprentices, they are trying to learn from you. Do not get upset that they do not understand. Rule 6: Please use the form when applying. Rule 7: DON'T teach here in the thread, I do not want to make the thread crowded. Rule 8: Have Fun, you here to teach in a fun environment. At this point send a polite pm to your mentor introducing yourself. If you do not receive a post from myself do not continually post in this thread asking if you have been accepted. Chances are you will be banned. If there happens to be no mentors available at the time of your application I will post saying you are on the waiting list. What experience do you have to offer?: I am probably the best Ubers battler Neo has, I'm okay at OU, and I'm pretty good at UU. Plus, I do monotypes well, for potential gym applicants. I know strategy, the theory of team building, among other things.
