My set:

The Set:
This set utilizes Octillery's ability to be a good special sweeper, and with choce specs it can do some heavy damage. With maximum investment in special attack along with a choice specs, Octillery reaches a massive Special attack stat of 508.5! Then we have the moves. First, we have Ice Beam and Charge Beam to make a Bolt Beam combo for coverage. I chose charge beam over thunderbolt for two reasons. One was because of the 50% chance of raising special attack, which will bring Octillery's already huge special attack stat to astronomical levels. And the second reason was because Octillery can't learn Thunderbolt XD. Next, we have Flamethrower to help out against those pesky Steel Types that always get in the way. And finally, we have surf for the powerful STAB. If you'rewondering why i didn't invest in speed, it's because Octillery has a base 45 speed. Even with a choice scarf, it would only reach a speed of 310.5, which is still outspeed by a wide variety of Pokemon. So it would not only be pointless, but would take away from the power Octillery can achieve. This is also why I chose surf over Water Spout, since Octilery is going to be taking a lot of hits, which will be bad for the power of the move since the power relies on the health of the user.

Position in team:
It's really meant to be a cool special sweeper. What you chose to do with its up to you. Use it as a Slow, Special sweeper that takes hits and dishes them back out. Or find some other odd use for it

Tie in with the theme:
Octillery's name is a play-on-words of the words Octipuss and Artillery. And it really looks like a tank, with it's tendrils looking kinda like tank treds, and it's mouth looking like the gun on the top. I have never seen a Pokemon better suited to be used in Call of Duty than this guy

Here's a fantastic wallbreaker mew. This thing handles so many things in today's metagame, including but not limited to Tyranitar / Scizor / Lati@s / Dragonite / Ninetales / Politoed / Rotom-W / Ferrothorn / Terrakion / Gliscor / Skarmory / Landorus / Keldeo / Jirachi.

The EV's maximize Mew's overall bulk and Sp.A, while still being able to OHKO Specially Defensive Tyranitar with Low Kick. A Quiet nature can be used as an alternative, but the Speed drop is unappealing. Mew can also forgo Ice beam for Shadow Ball in order to hit Psychic's harder, while maintaining perfect coverage with Low Kick, but the ability to massacre Dragons with Ice Beam is much more desirable.

This relates to the theme simply because of Pokemon: Mewtwo Strikes Back.

Mew represents the general of the normal pokemon in the fight against MewTwo and the clones (gtfo Ash)
