Theme
Ah the Whomping Willow, cause of so many troubles for poor Harry and his friends from its introduction in the beginning of Chamber of Secrets, then something of a mixed blessing in the following Prisoner of Azkaban, and finally the key to Harry's success in its route to Voldemort and Snape near the close of Deathly Hallows. And of course there's the backstory of his father to tack onto that. Enter stage right Exeggutor, a tree who will, in layman's terms, whomp you if played right.

Set
Oh goody a TrickRoomer. People will expect an Exeggutor in sun to be running Chlorophyll, and they'll send in either a speedy sweeper or a heavy special wall to try and beat you. Unfortunately for them, assuming you come in on something that should switch out and they do indeed switch out as planned, you now use TrickRoom on said switch. Sweepers will have to tank a massively powerful LeafStorm before hitting you, and if they're physical, you won't go down easily. Walls on the other hand certainly won't enjoy being badly poisoned by Toxic. In the final slot, PowerSwap will allow you to cripple special attackers aiming for your weaker defense (once you've used LeafStorm), while Synthesis would make for excellent recovery in sunlight.

Details
The EVs and nature of the set are intended to make our Face-Palm (ucwutididthar Neolord) a pitifully slow physical wall with enough natural power for a STAB LeafStorm to retain its punch. The item depends on your final moveslot choice: If running PowerSwap, you'll be needing some recovery, and so Sitrus applies there; if running Synthesis, you can instead attach an Enigma Berry, which is an obscure Berry but cuts in half the power fo any super-effective attack once. With Harvest's return rate doubling to 100% under sun, though, you'll of course have no weakness other than Bug, since it still htis at x2. Harvest for the Berries and because Chlorophyll would be counter-productive, and 0 Spe IVs for making you move at about the same speed as an actual tree (without quickly swinging limbs).

Team Support
Sunlight must be provided for this to have full success, but even outside of that, Harvest still has a 50% rate of returning your berry so at least you know you aren't entirely screwed should you lose a weather war (well maybe your team is, but, not Eggy at least! c:). Bug-types should be removed at all costs, meaning Scizor. Magnezone can do this very well, and can also check Politoed at times along with other rain threats. If running Sitrus then Fire-types, Dark-types, Ghost-types, Ice-types, Flying-types, and Poison-types should also be removed. Yeah, exactly. Of course, Poison-types rarely run STAB and Flying isn't an exceptionally common attacking type, so don't panic. On the other hand, common attacking types such as Water, Electric, Fighting, Ground, and a rise in Psychic-types happen to be resisted by this lumbering lumber, so those weak to such types would of course appreciate Exeggutor's prescence. This proves yet again the successfulness potential of a Fire-Water-Grass core, with something like Darmanitan providing more offense and a Jellicent countering Politoed matching those types rather nicely, both allso resisting Bug.

HyphyExodus: Original set but in this metagame, it really either needs EQ or Rest over Glare. You're completely walled by Steels. Gold Sticker for creativity, but description was too short and gave no reasoning of Item/EV spread. In relation to the theme, a Basilisk kills victims by staring at them, not petrify. In Chamber of Secrets, people were petrified from looking at it indirectly.

Phoenixmon: Somewhat original set (i'm pretty sure smogon has a very similar set), but works fantastically. Might have been better competitively if it was a Dusclops, but given your tie in to the theme Dusknoir fits the bill better. I might change Protect to something else, so you dont become set up bait for sub-cm rachi but still, you took note that sub ruins this set.

Supergoji18: Pretty good set, but relies too much on Dark Void. Once sleep clause is activated, you're basically stuck with Dark Pulse as your only attacking move. You definitely want a timid nature instead. Description lacking

Fluffy1sk1lls: A very unique set indeed, but i to me Noctowl isn't killing anything even with Tinted Lens. While yes, Noctowl forces a threat to Ferrothorn and Scizor, its Sp.A just isn't enough to give it the power it needs to be an effective Scarf user. this might work better in lower tiers however, so im sure if need be you can adjust your EV's accordingly. A Modest nature might have been better to boost up it's Sp.A since it definitely needs the boost. A good entry, just some minor flaws.

Suzaku_Firebird: Overall looks like a good set, really has a hard time with both physical and special walls. A good submission, given Mightyena is freaking awful.

MagnetBoy: Firstly, Enigma berry only heals 25% of hp if you take a SE hit. Secondly while yes Exeggutor does function well, you're walled by Steel types completely; HP Fire would have been a better listed option over PS/Synthesis so you have a way to hit back any u-turning pokemon on you. While yes Trick Room is nifty, I'm wondering if its a little unneeded. Nevertheless a very unique submission
