It has better accuracy than HydroPump, and the biggest user of that is what you're looking to take out. Besides, it isn't terrible, and usually hits. And well, the move would have to be STAB, such as with Lucario or possibly Terrakion, but again, this is only designed to beat the weather inducer. Not to mention that if you lead with Licky and T-tar gets sent out, HammerArm is going to be what you're using anyway, which will do a number on either of those two at the very least. Lucario in particular is fairly physically frail, iirc, while Ter isn't exactly bulky himself.

And of course, you have the fact that most opponents won't realize the danger of Lickilicky as long as you don't show him as your lead in Team Preview, and will attempt to KO it with their weather starter. Since he negates the weather boosts for Tales and Toed, and defensive Ttar might actually be slower but probably can't OHKO without a Band anyway, you can take almost any hit and smack them upside the head in return.

This set is working well, but like you said, I can break the weather inducers not the weather abusers, I still have some problems against Sand Veil Garchomp and sometimes against Sand Rush Excadrill because he can take many hits.

Maybe another surprise weather could work better? Like Hail Walrein, Hail Smeargle or Hail Chansey?

Any Prankster Pokemon with a weather inducing move, perhaps?

bluesandcoke, why don't you just put out Drought Nintales and Drizzle Politoad - to completely suprise your opponent

MagnetBoy, ok then. I see that it can beat almost every weather inducer exept for Ninetails, more deadly Scarfed Ninetails.

Superlucario look at the calcs I did, Lickilicky pwns Ninetales. bluesandcoke well if you need to beat the weather abusers themselves, then RazeHell can surely help you by suggesting one of his googols of Gardevoir sets.

First of all, Scarfed Ninetales is fairly uncommon, at least in my experience. Second of all, they aren't boosted by Drought, because there's no sun as long as Lickilicky is in play with his trolltastic Cloud Nine in effect.

The best way to use him is with Timid Nature @ Choice Scarf and Focus Blast. Can break Ninetales, Abomasnow, Tyranitar, Garchomp, Excadrill, Hippowdon and sometimes, Politoed. Just have problems against Ludicolo and Kingdra.

- Smeargle:
Its a good surprise against Weather Team and help me against Hazards and anothers haxes, but against normal teams its like... -1 pokémon.

- Lickilicky:
Im trying to find a Mixed moveset with good defensive stats. Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Earthquake, Return/Explosion and others awesomes moves could help me against my weakness. What you think Magnetboy?
