A majority of battlers abuse Toxic Orb (Poison) and Flame Orb (Burn) to abuse these abilities. But there is a third option, Sleep. This set allows Ursaring to boost his attack to astonishing levels with Belly Drum, and then not only rest it off, but increase his speed and abuse that Speed and Attack while asleep with Sleep Talk and Return. rate my player ------------------- Can you keep up?

	I remember this tactic, and honestly, I don't think it works as well as it did back in the GSC/RSE days due to the influx of physical attackers. Not to mention that Ursaring's defenses are fairly mediocre. Good luck standing up to anything with Fighting attacks (Fighting Pokemon, Alakazams using Focus Blast, fellow Ursarings with Close Combat or Hammer Arm). Oh, and anything that can resist Return can and will resist it. Ghost types, especially. Also, while I'm sure Belly Drum can come as quite a surprise, good luck on it surviving afterwards. Ursaring has shit speed until it activates Quick Feet, meaning that an opponent can (and will if they know what Ursaring is capable of) hit it hard, and then it kills itself with Belly Drum. There's also the matter of surviving after using Belly Drum to use Rest. That's probably my biggest complaint. Personally, I'd go for either Swords Dance or Bulk Up. 	Poketrainer_Jay if you're looking for a RestTalker to abuse status, Hariyama tends to outclass Ursaring to an extent in being bulkier, having better coverage, and more oppurtunities to setup. It even also gets BellyDrum. If you insist on using Ursaring, well, you're really probably still better off with an Orb set. ------------------- Have cool sets? 	MagnetBoy I made this set for fun, if i actually choose to abuse a set like this Ill probably use Heracross, or like you suggested Hariyama. ------------------- Can you keep up?
