With Hustle, the gift-giving Delibird can attack with the equivalent of a STAB focus Punch. First you bring Delibird in on something it can outspeed, and use your disabling move of choice (Note that you should always make your Delibird female, since many on PO leave the gender on male, and most pokemon in game are male anyway). Attract effects more targets but is only has a 50% success rate, while Captivate only effects Special Attackers and makes you take at least one hit (while it will be -2, it will still effect the frail Delibird quite alot). On the second turn you put up a sub as the opponent will likely switch, due to being inflauated/at -2 Sp.A. (Even if they dont switch while inflatuated, they still only have a 50% chance to attack so if you sub twice you'll get it up just fine). From here you Focus Punch whatever the opponent puts in, and Ice Shard when you're about to die or the opponent is.

AS you can see, I had quite the indecision when choosing the item for my beast of a Delibird here. All three items have their own uses.

Life Orb -- Obviously for max power, since Delibird could definitely use the extra power.
Leftovers -- If you plan on using Sub multiple times, leftovers are a must.
Red Card -- Very unique item here. You can run a 252 Hp.252 Att/6 Spe EV spread for this, as well as forget about Attract and Captivate, freeing up a space for STAB Aerial Ace. You come in on something that wont OHKO you (this time something thats faster) and use Substitute. They will attack first and be forced out, while you get up you ever-so-nice sub. It can also be used for forcing out boosted up sweepers if you need something for it to kill off.

EVs
---
For Max speed and attacking power, and are pretty self-explanatory. Brave can be used on the Red card set with 0 Ivs to ensure you are slower.

Theme tie-in

This round's theme is tributes, and since the very definition of tribute involves giving gifts, which is what Delibird is known for... well, yeah.

This set is made for UU so please rate it like that.

Moves and Nature: Agility is the main move of this set after one agility hitmonchan reaches a speed stat of 502 with a attack stat of 339 making hitmonchan a dangerous attacker. Drain Punch is STAB and a form of recovery. Thunderpunch is for flying and water types while ice punch can take take down the likes of flygon and damage donphan most other ground types too. Earthquake is for Fire types mostly.

Ev's and Item: 252 Att is so hitmonchan can do some damage 252 Speed is so hitmonchan can be faster. 4SP.D is a filler Life orb gives hitmonchan more attack while agility gives more speed.

Nature and additional options: Adamant nature is for more attack for hitmonchan. Some other moves that could go on this set are Mach punch if you run into a scarfed pokemon you can still hit it first with BP or you can counter other priority(assuming you have a agility up). You can use Fire types for grass types although I don't reccomond it.

Team Options: Ghost and pyschic pokemon wall this set pokemon such as mew,mismagius,dusclops,sigilyph. Snorlax is a great teammate against ghost and psychic types he can take their special attacks with ease and threaten them with crunch or pursuit. Hitmonchan likes hazards too Aerodactyl can get stealth rocks up pretty quickly and take flying type attacks that would threaten hitmonchan.

This set is a tribute to Jackie Chan because he did martial arts and this set does that with punches.
