Yes, it's close to the standard set. However, I dropped Taunt in favor of Thunderbolt. This allows her to take on more offensive roles when needed (2HKOs non-SDef Politoed, and OHKOs non-SDef Gyarados). It essentially allows Froslass to have one more use than standard Froslass (Hazard set up, Spin Blocker, Destiny Bond, and Revenge Killer. She's also my specifically made counter for Conkeldurr.) ------------------- Mayowazu ni, kono ai wo shinji ikiteyuku.

	Soooooo, judging time is here. Japanese Mythology Great theme imo. Lets just dive in. Splitr So we base our entry off the lamp. A nice relation to the mythology here as well as a nice stalling moveset. After some digging, I have found multiple posts of this set, though I haven't been able to read through Smogon to see. Anyhow, moveset works well, though anything normal walls you HARD. 7/10 Dragoon Fujin, the god of wind. One of the original 5 I could think of off the top of my head, this set can work wonders. However, Tornadus can not get Nasty Plot so that option is out completely. Otherwise it makes for a good set, the Focus Sash and Lum Berry being interesting. 8/10 MagnetBoy Magnet, Magnet, Magnet....You asked me if yours was the best. I said I had seen only two entries that in my mind didn't really relate. Well.....yours is kind of one of them. Yes, Dragons are popular in parades and in multiple myths, however they are generally oriental dragons and not just beings like Druddigon. Though here's the next problem. I google Druddigon. I check out the first Smogon link I see. I see pretty much that same moveset, minus the Brave nature and 0 IVs. 6/10 Toast Not my favorite picture actually. Though a nice one, not my favorite. Lets start on the myth. This one took me off guard, I really didn't even know about it. It's interesting, fresh, and I really like it. Unfortunately, you have the same problem as our dear friend Magnet had. Google, click Smogon, I see a variant of this set with one changed move, in this case, just replacing with an attack move. Both in the same role, etc. Myth saves you from getting last, but otherwise it doesn't get you the win. 8/10 Suzaku_Firebird To be judged by Icekickseverything Megamaster37 Originality to it's core, imo. I have never seen a set like this, not at all. It's a set that wouldn't be super effective but it's a new one to see. The myth is nice, simple, netting you the same amount of points perfectly. The moveset is obvious, though you run into two problems with the slashed moves. No protect allows you to get hit hard by the opponent and no Shadow Ball means you're walled by Spiritomb and Sableye as you cant even hope to touch them. A fav. entry of mine, my 3rd favorite myth relation, though the set may not be as effective as it would be desired. 8/10 Shard4 Sableye, Sableye, Sableye.....bleh. Just....bleh. Smogon set I saw from my first result I searched. Related is....bleh. Western myth to the core completely, it originated in Kentucky, not really in Japanese folklore. Just my least favorite entry. 4/10 captain boo I hate that picture. I really do. I hate it. Bring back the original cartoon one plz. Though luckily the picture doesn't effect my score. A freaking troll set to the core. Anything with Sap Sipper or is behind a sub can start to wall you, though it is a downright troll set. The myth is perfect, I was really surprised I didn't think of that when I read about the tree. The moveset is original no doubt. 3rd favorite entry of mine, my absolute favorite myth relation, and it should work more times than it will fail. 9/10 xPRODx I told you this wasn't one of my favorites. I really did. And it is a nice one, it really is. It gets the full points I'd give it, but it isn't really original. The myth relation was an obvious one and is for sure there while the moveset is iffy. Good set, not the best to gain points. 7/10 RazeHell My favorite entry. My 2nd favorite myth relation. I absolutely love Froslass and that picture(You can cry that I don't like yours and I like Raze's @Toast.) Normally I would've said pretty much standard set at the end of the day, and in reality it kind of is. Changing to T-Bolt does give it the multiple roles, it does let it get some KOs it would miss out on, it does give it the BoltBeam combo, and I like that. It provides multiple roles-Spin Blocker, Revenge Killer, Setting up Hazards, etc. and that is a nice thing to do. Though unfortunately, it isn't really the most original set in this and it doesn't get the win. 8/10 Eon80 Ok at this point I'm tired of writing these up. I really am. Soooooo, quick reviews to just get through it all. Darmani-classic. Great mythology relation. Standard set. Meh. 7/10 Jeevs One left to judge, I can do this. I haven't even seen this set on Smogon. I've faced it yes(no not you using it, but that Counter hurts), but I haven't seen it on Smogon. Vintage set in all reality, it does it well, but that Counter hurts. The myth relation is nice, had no idea there was a sickle weasel in Japanese mythology, but you learn something new everyday. 8/10 Thus leaving only my result to be left to be judge, with the current leader(and quite possible winner) captain boo with a 9/10. Let it be known that my hatred for Justin Beiber had nothing to do with me not giving Dragoon the win. I'm serious. 	Fricken Smogon. I came up with that set the moment I saw Prankster released a couple months back, by the way; I didn't just copy/paste. But yeah, I was really at a loss for Japanese myths, and Bulbapedia wasn't very helpful. Oh well. By the way, I actually fought the lead Weavile set submitted by Jeevs a lot last generation. What do you know, Smogon does have it listed almost verbatim: http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/weavile EDIT: Looking at the seemingly-unofficial Smogon set you probably saw, it does seem pretty similar. Besides that I didn't bother to think very hard when I added EVs (they have specific allocations) and a huge amount of slashes, they're regrettably quite similar. 	But... DAT HEADTILT. So it is (I didnt check Smogon to see if it was before). The last move (which it seems you only paid attention to one of the moves listed there, and didnt read the description at all) is kinda what the set is based on though, SR for lead, RD for support, RS for attacker. But the sets have been on the Internet for a long time; just because the Pokedex wasn't up doesn't mean the sets themselves hadn't been created. Otherwise all the derivative folks on Shoddy would never have used all the same movesets for stuff like Bulk Up Conkeldurr and support Ferrothorn. ------------------- Knowledge is worthless until it is applied.
