Moveset:
Alright So this guys is basically a Specially inclined MixSweeper. He can be Physically Inclined sweeper to make use of his greater 125 base Atk, but it stil has a great Sp Atk and can benefit more from Sheer Force this way. Earth Power is its main Atk, great coverage not to mention STAB+LO+Sheer Force= Total Ownage. Rock Slide is used over Stone Edge not only because of the extra Accuracy, but it also recieves the nice 30% boost from Sheer Force unlike Stone Edge, it also makes a similair set as the ever so famous edgequake combo. Next up is Hidden Power, Fire is recommended so you can easily tear through he likes of Ferrothorn and Genosect, u knw when it doesnt have Ice Beam or Scarf, without any problems, but Focus Blast is alo another great move that gives off very nice type coverage as well as the boost from Sheer Force, but the shaky Accuracy may make it undesirable to some. For the Final Slot Rock Polish is there in order to outspeed several pokemon since you are stil outsped by a large portion of the metagame not to mention scarfed pokes. So after a RP you can easily outspeed evrything includin Dory and KO with either HP Fire or a Focus Blast. U-Turn for allowing the ability to scout what the opponents answer to Landorus is so you can act accordingly. Sword Dance can be used instead if you don't really mind the speed, but it only powers up Rock Slide and would be better off on a more Physically inclined set.

Ability/EVs/Nature:
Max Speed and Hasty to get top preformance and outspeed 101 base pokes. Sheer Force is simply there for the 30% boost to all your attacks as well as the LO boost you get with NO recoil thanks to Sheer Force so thts a 60% boost! Since the set is mainly Specially inclned there is a greater set of EVs invested to Sp. Atk rather than to Atk and Hasty or Naive can work, but Hasty is best since you will mainly get hit with Specially based Atks. Oviuosly Timid or Jolly aren't choice because they would lower either Atk or Sp Atk stat.

Optional Changes:
Well there are many choices to make ith this set as you don't really need to be using Rock Polish, or Sword Dance on this set, and instead add Focus Blast to the last slot with HP Fire. Stone Edge could be used over Rock Slide but is not really any better as it would only have a greater base power by like 3 and it is less accurate. Same goes for Earthquake except that in this case Earth Power is stronger and well better in evry way for this set. Again it is specially inclined, but if you would want to make it phscially inclined you can, but Sheer Force becomes less of an option. Then HP Ice can be used over HP Fire as it lets you stomb all over the Likes of Slamence, Dragonite, Garchomp, and mainly Gliscor, but you will often have HP Fire mre helpful when you don't run Focus Blast otherwise you would be walled by the likes of Ferro.
