Haha, this was met with better reception than I anticipated. Picking a winner is really the only difficult thing, but I thought perhaps assembling a group of about 3 people to somewhat "judge" which is the more valid argument. 3 only to avoid any sort of bias voting, ofcourse.

Why not expand the idea and make it a team of pokemon vs another team of pokemon. Then the discussion and arguments would be much more detailed, I'm also sure it would be more entertaining

One vs one would be more ideal because it can also help choose Pokémon when building a competitive team, building two teams and getting people to justify one or the other (or both) could encourage laziness within the community.

Totally forgot I posted this haha. I would be more than willing to run this but I would need someone else to run it along side me, someone who, preferably (and I say this in the nicest possible way), someone with time on their hands. It's just this is an important year for me in terms of my education and determines whether I get into university or not. As such school work will inevitably get in the way of my running of this during exam season (May - July). Thankfully I only have two exams this year so I may be able to allocate time for this. But it's more fun and will be more efficient with more than one person running it.

I was thinking perhaps Eon80, Old Man Zangetsu or Icekickseverything. Any one of you three available to do this (along side your moderator duties of course) if not I'll be accepting PMs from people who may want to run it alongside me.

Ill run it. I have no issues with it. It wont be all that time consuming.

Not sure you need to put a caption on Closed threads that read closed... I think its rather obvious. Putting a reason would be more beneficial if youre going to caption at all.


And when do I have to make this thread?

I still need to PM you the layout to check everything is A-OK with you, Icekickseverything. It's only half complete at the moment due to yesterday a rather urgent family matter came up so I couldn't complete it. Should get it done by the end of tomorrow though (that is unless Old Man Zangetsu wants to get it going before then, by then all means he can create the thread if he really wants to).
