OMG I know. Where's dad? The only dad I remember was in Ruby version, and he was the leader of a gym or something.

And yes I HATE watching people throw some pokeballs at a stupid rattata and being all like "Oh! You're a novice so you must learn how to throw a Pokeball!"

1) Been there done that since Gen 1 as well
2) I think throwing a Pokeball is very clear on how to do:
- Click button
- Throw Pokeball at Pokemon
- Wait for catch results.

Favorite pokemon: Houndoom duh lol. Because I remember when playing gen 2 Karen's Houndoom was a tough guy to beat and it's a mix of my favorite things: the color black, dogs, and fire.

And YES please do that it's no wonder that these main characters run away from home

I say Gen 2! Silver and Gold were just completely epic....storyline was great, music good, and length of game was unmatched.

True. x] I like Gen. 4 because of HGSS- I think it's the perfect game- all of the older, original Pokemon, plus the newer ones
