Where does everyone get these coins?

In Pokemon Trading Card Game Decks (over here the decks are $20, come with rules, a play mat thing, damage tokens, a coin and 60 cards.)

20? Crazy. Over here they're selling for 10.

If you think that's bad, our Pokémon games down here come close to $70.
I know Quixotic gets scared by that.

The PS3 I think is in the $300-ish dollar range, and the wii is in the 150-200 dollar range

Wii games tend to have a retail price of $100, not sure what the price for PS3 games are.

I know the games for DS retail at $70 for every single pokemon game that is a main game, and the same price for many other non pokemon games. I even found a shop that sells GBA main pokemon games (Emerald, Ruby, Saphire, Firered, Leafgreen) for $70 and the side games for $40
