	So rather than questioning a coworkmates judgement, maybe you should be letting him handle his own tour? If you have a problem with a decision that Jesse made in regards to his OWN tour maybe as a mod you should trust what your coworkmate is doing instead of trying to shift the tables how you want.

	Jeevs My decision was made two pages ago but is liable to change if I see any evidence come forward that would suggest that the ruling should be reversed. At this point there isn't much else that can change my mind. Pavak was made fully aware of the rule change. I have proof that not only was he notified publicly of the change, but he was also told in a PM by me personally of the change in which he acknowledged it. He's at fault for not abiding by the rules even after being told about it; forgetting is not an excuse at this point, especially this late in the competition. By accepting an official war match, he agrees to abiding by the competition rules. If his team contained a banned Pokemon, which it did, the penalty is on him. Even though I called for a rematch, it was before I knew of what had taken place beforehand so the second match is considered irrelevant. ------------------- The Pokémon Clan Forum! And even if you consider the fact that the match does start on Team Preview, how do you determine whether or not the broken rule was "intentional"? At this point I'm not ruling anything out, but I'm going to look into this a little more. Until then my ruling stands unless a compromise between pavak and Icekickseverything is made to either do a rematch on their own terms (corresponding to competition rules) or count the match in pavak's favor. Sorry for the double post but JesseTheKing i did not change any poke or item in my team.And well we can do a rematch if Icekickseverything agrees. Or when im saying i dint change anything which means i did not and the match can be in my favour as well since i won fair and sqaure Also yes i confirm that the match ended in the team preview and not in the middle of the match. Also Geo Nah, I think it's more of Ice brought a team to beat dice team, but pavak thought Ice would do that so pavak brought a rain team, but the rain team was BW2. Ice forfeited the match, pavak switched back to dice team and battled Ice. Pavak 1 - 0 Ice. That is absolutely right!!!
