	Log in to remove this advertisement Coming from someone who didn't even take part in the ASCW and watched from the sidelines. The decision to have two winners was a terrible decision imo and was handled poorly. If someone couldn't compete then they should be replaced especially when it's the last match and will decide who actually wins ASCW. Calling it a tie and ending it with two champions makes the tournament look like a joke and from what few members have said to me through PM, they are not happy with how this was done. ------------------- When You Go Astray, I'll Be There To Punch You Back!

I know a large amount of people were not satisfied with the end of the ASCW IV when me and Hmszelda decided to settle on a tie. I admit, my decision was hasty and I should have gotten the general consensus of the forum before making this decision. Now, I am an open minded person and I've been reading many comments about my decision and I wanted to go ahead and apologize to you guys for robbing everyone out of a "true" ending. That doesn't mean we cannot fix that though. So me and Hmszelda are still briefly discussing how we plan to go about this. So let's cut to the chase. I think it is in a good majority of peoples' best interest that we go ahead and restart the Grand Finals of the ASCW IV. Of course right now it is still a big if. I don't want to take very long trying to decide how we are going to go about this (since I know for most people, school is just around the corner, hell I already started), so here are my suggestions. We could possibly either: 1. Restart the final match-up between BBoD and CF completely, or 2. Continue where we left off (~~Hmszelda~~ vs. JesseTheKing; Icekickseverything vs. ~~pavak~~; Jeevs* vs. Team Hydro Aura) Of course, while still incorporating all of the rules that were previously used in the ASCW IV. Now of course I am aware of the fact that 2/3's of one clan's roster is gone and some members may not want to battle again. Of course, this is still in the middle of being worked out and I merely want to see what everyone thinks about this. If we restart, we can completely eliminate any controversy involving previous match-ups and just start fresh on a clean slate. If we continue where we left off, we would merely need to adjust only one single match-up. Depending on what you guys would rather see could sway my decision. I realize my decision played a large part in what people considered for this competition to be a joke, and being the one that went through the trouble of arranging match-ups, helping other clans arrange match-ups, and just keeping the tradition going and trying to eliminate as many problems as possible from previous years while improving the experience as best as I can would absolutely love to see the forum satisfied with an event of this caliber. I made mistakes in the past and there are things even next year we are going to have to carefully consider on how we make the rules, but I just want everyone to know I try my best to keep everyone satisfied and only want what is best for the forum, not just for this event, but as long as I am a moderator and contributor of this forum, too. So what are you guys' feeling on a true finish to the annual Forum Championships and keeping the tradition of having just one champion a year fresh? I was gonna do same positions and just adjust as we see fit with the substitutions. I don't know if Team Hydro Aura has changed her mind about the situation but she can be replaced if completely necessary. As for Ice, Hmszelda could put back in MegaBassMan if they want to do that. 	I was leaning towards restarting the final match-ups with the same members, Jeevs and ice included since they were originally part of the war and it really isn't much of a problem to me to let them fight on even though they're not part of the clan anymore, but what the hell is the point for CF to even get the win if it's not their own clan members fighting for the win? The leader lost and now their chances of winning are pretty much left to randoms that were picked for a desperate win? Where's the honor and accomplishment in that? You know what? Go for the restart. Cause even if CF somehow does manage to win, BBoD will be the true winner for getting their own dedicated clan members to battle. -------------------
