►Introduction

Welcome to the Blood Battlers of Darkness. We are a proud clan that is committed to the art of competitive Pokémon battling and being the best we can possibly be as we try to make a name for ourselves among the Neoseeker community. This clan specializes in both 4th Generation and 5th Generation as well as battling on Wi-Fi and Pokémon Online. We were originally made as a branch of the Super Smash Bros. Brawl crew Blood Brawlers of Darkness as a successor to the Pokémon clan Gods of Pokémon. This clan holds one of the oldest clan roots in this forum, and we will continue to carry on our legacy as a proud, successful clan.

►How to Join

It may be a good idea to be familiar with Smogon's Competitive Pokémon Battling Rules since this clan and its members go by it's rules and tiers for battling. We also ask that you try to be as active as possible so you can avoid being kicked out for inactivity. If we currently have 18 members and you ask to join, you will be placed on the Waiting List until we find an open spot for you. The point of our rank system is to challenge the people ahead of you to rank matches so you can work your way up to the number one spot and get in the Blood Battlers of Darkness Rank #1 Hall of Fame. You can only rank battle a person that is within two ranks of you. To challenge someone, you must notify them by PM and make sure a leader knows about it. If the person one rank above you has been inactive for 14 days, you can take their rank. Make sure to post or PM the results to the thread maker. If the person above you cannot battle due to not having Wi-Fi or PO, then the next person in line will be treated as if they are one rank ahead of you and so on. You must wait 2 days to re-challenge someone if you were beaten by them. Remember, you are responsible for getting your matches done!

All battles should adhere to Smogon's OU Battling Rules for both 4th Generation and 5th Generation. Pokémon Online battles are encouraged to be done on Smogon University server under DPP OU or BW OU tier.

►Clan History

This clan was originally created as a Pokémon clan branch of Blood Brawlers of Darkness in the Super Smash Bros. Brawl Crew Forum. To begin, the roots of this crew can be traced back to the creation of the Gods of Green Hill Sword in the Super Smash Bros. Brawl Crew Forum on March 23, 2008; this clan was merged from Gods of Brawl, created by ryan12 and Bradley123456789 on March 9, 2008, and Green Hill Sword, created by bk man on March 13, 2008. On thread 12, due to leadership taking place at the time, sabatan django, along with a few others, decided to leave Gods of Green Hill Sword to create their own crew, Brawlers of Darkness on April 30, 2008. Shortly after there creation, they merged with a dieing crew known as Sakurai's Shadow Fighters lead by dashelle88 on May 3, 2008; for a short time, their name was changed to Shadow Brawlers of Darkness until eventually reverting back to their original name. Gods of Green Hill Sword were rivals with Brawlers of Darkness for the remainder of their time alive. The Gods of Green Hill Sword made it to thread 14 when they decided to move the crew to the Pokémon Clans on July 19, 2008, where they shortly died afterward. Months passed and Brawlers of Darkness continued to prosper. Then, ryan12 paired up with Fu, former Gods of Green Hill Sword and Brawlers of Darkness member, to create Blood Brawlers on August 10, 2008. Eventually, Brawlers of Darkness and Blood Brawlers decided to settle their differences and became allies. Over time, Blood Brawlers and Brawlers of Darkness became inactive. The Blood Brawlers suffered from loss of active members, and it's overall activity was destroyed when their two co-leaders decided to leave and create another crew. The Brawlers of Darkness went through a few mishaps with members including a dispute that involved there Crew Website that also caused some members to leave. Brawlers of Darkness, at thread 85, and Blood Brawlers, at thread 51, decided there was only one thing to do. In order for both crews to survive, they had to merge into one crew. Artsy, the leader of Brawlers of Darkness at the time, and ryan12, the leader of Blood Brawlers at the time, arranged the merge. After everything that had happened, the birth of Blood Brawlers of Darkness began on April 19, 2009. Meanwhile, the Pokémon clan Gods of Pokémon, lead by ryan12, was closed due to constant breaking of the rules. Thread 87 was the last recorded thread of Gods of Pokémon because the most recent threads of Gods of Pokémon were deleted by a moderator, and thread 87 was the most recent one still existent. A few months later, ryan12 and JesseTheKing decided to create a Pokémon clan branch for Blood Brawlers of Darkness since Gods of Pokémon was closed down. They decided to name this branch Blood Battlers of Darkness, thus this clan was officially made on December 20, 2009. On February 17, 2010, a few months after the creation of this branch, Blood Brawlers of Darkness the Super Smash Bros. Brawl main branch at thread 65 was officially closed down. It suffered from severe member loss and dramatically lost its activity along with its former glory. Almost a year passed when, on January 13, 2011, the Super Smash Bros. Brawl branch was successfully remade by former members as it still holds up today alongside us. Our clan stands here with all of its history as we carry on our legacy and continue to succeed.

Hydreigon is an awesome mixed attacker, used him in my team once but it sadly has bug weakness and U-turn is a bit of a move used more now =P

True =3
Although Hydreigon has 4 weeknesses fighting being more noticable in this gen, he has many resistences and two immunities =3
