Max total EVs is 510
Max in one stat is 255, but 252 is ideal since 3 of the points in 255 don't even count towards an EV.

PS the max amount on pokesav you can get ribbons is 60. So unless they skipped 20 ribbons, and they even had the classic ribbon, then that pokemon was hacked
