I request some special. Added to the rules is that I have been seeing a lot of n00bs, People who have like 100 posts or less, making clans no one joins. What I'm implieing is that you should have system where you have to ask you or mett if they could start up a clan.

I think that this should be a rule u must have 200 or more post to make a clan and u must have 1 member already in your clan

A user actually asked me about clans, and whether you needed to have three users already in the clan to make it. I don't actually see any rules like that around, however.

I'm currently busy with homework right now. However, if you guys want to start throwing out ideas for making new clans, such as guidelines, I can add them into the forum rules. ^__^ Things like "You need 150 posts," etc.

I would like to suggest that there be a limit to how many clans one neoseeker member can create. Or, mabey some kind of cap, or something.

Also how many clans you can join I say 4 is a good amount. Also you should have 50 posts to create a clan.

3-4 Has been the maximum recommended amount of clans a forum member should be participating in [It's noted in the forum rules]. As much as cracking down on repetitive clan creators would help reduce the amount of dead man's clans floating throughout the forum; this section alone sees plenty of completely new forum participants each day. While limiting your clan activities is the healthiest way to participate and contribute to your clans; the chances of spending that much time making sure members aren't breaking the rule would be damn near impossible as far as things are going now. I don't see why it's needed; if members can actively participate in numerous clans, still abiding by the forum rules, then let them. I also don't see too many members in more than 3-4 for clans now anyways.

Okay guys, here's the deal.

I discussed it with mett, and I think we're removing the Star System.

It's becoming stressing to keep up with the numerous links and ratings, especially when I'm in the hardest school year of my life. All the moderators seem to be busy with something, and it's lagging the system.

Overall I'm very happy with what it's done, because it looks like a lot of spam has decreased, and I've seen a lot of on-topic posts.

Here's what will happen:

• There are no more second chances. If your thread is constantly spammy, you get one warning. You fail to bring the spam of your clan down, the thread is closed for a period of three days. If it happens again, the thread is closed permanently.

Sounds okay, it was good while it lasted, but not needed now as long as you are still strict, especially since the stars aren't even under the clans threads anymore.

I Think Youre Being Too Harsh, And We Cant Just Talk About Pokemon Everyday. Our Lives Dont Depend On Pokemon, We Like To Talk About Other Things.
If You Do This, Its Going To Take The Fun Out Of Having Clans And Socializing In Them, Making This Forum Bad, Which We Dont Want!
