EDIT:I just thought some new ranks.For males,they're doctors/surgeons,while females,are assistant.Is that OK?The first female to join will get the rank:Master Assistant.I'll edit my first post(again).

Well... Gastly really looks like a Deftera.Maybe a Gastly + Gastly?Actually that sprite contest's theme is this.I'll list them in my 1st post.
