Most stupid thing you could do, to be honest. Based off my own experiences I have contacted things you cant even imagine through the use of a board and I regret it to this day. Do not use a Ouija board to figure this out that is like committing suicide, more like there are plenty of other things you can do to figure this out in lest than risky ways.

You are vulnerable to paranormal activity right now, dark activity and opening yourself to the board will only attract what has been coming into your life recently and as I read that is either a dark spirit, a demon of some sort, mostly something dark, so DO NOT use a Ouija please if you want to get better because if you do you will only fall further into this hole that you are now in- ironheart619.
