Scared or creeped out?

I don't get scared of things I don't believe exists, but if the atmosphere and setting is right in a game/movie/whatever and the ghost/demon/whatever is presented right, I'll get creeped out. I love that feeling, but most things overdo it so much that there's no emotion in it and it's just a series of jumpscares(cough Dead Space cough).

Since ghosts or other bodyless entities are the only really "paranormal" thing(animals of any kind don't count) that I think even have a chance of existing, I think the possibility of things like them are interesting, but I like the mystery better.

You just have to kill 'em. You can't "kill" Ghosts. Oo

lol this reminds me of the game Oblivion i think it was called. a friend and i were playing it in the dark and in thye game you wouyld be walking around this corner while its all quiet and then BAM there would be monsters busting out of walls and everything. That setting was very creepy and i was uneasy the whole time, waiting for something to pop out of the corridors

Sounds more like Silent Hill 4: The Room.

After a while that becomes predictable. Still fun game though!

I don't really get scared at the idea of a ghost, it was a person once. Now a demon is a WHOLE other story, I wouldn't know what to expect. Just imagine that.....scary stuff. Other than that I'm not really scared about anything else paranormal. The idea of extra terrestrials isn't scary as it is intriguing, so that's out. The thought of zombies doesn't affect me negatively. When I think "what would happen", it's actually fun to think about for me.

"Monsters" can be used as lightly as the term "terrorist". It's open ended, and doesn't really pin down what exactly you're talking about. When I hear "monster" I think of Sully from Monsters Inc. A person can be a monster in my opinion, so flesh and blood people are actually scarier than an imaginary "monster".
