I have this headphone microphone that plugs into the guitar but does nothing. What do I do with it? And also whenever I am playing the song stops, my guitar turns off and i have to turn it back on. Mean anything?

The headphone thing is for talking to people when playing online.

All you need to do is plug the mic onto the hole and then put the earpiece on . It is quite simple, look for this in your xbox 360 box :
