	Jimi Hendrix, no contest. In my opinion people overrate guitarists that can play really really fast like the guy from DragonForce. But being able to move you're fingers really fast doesn't necessarily make you a great guitarist. It's the way you play your songs, not how fast they are. -------------------

	Mr 182 not only can the guys from dragon force play very fast but they can play just about anything, the chords of the songs they play are super complicated whether you play the songs fast or slow. Yes Hendrix is an excellent guitarist but Herman Li is still the best hands down quote Mr 182 Jimi Hendrix, no contest. 	I still think Herman Li and DragonForce in general is overrated, but then again I can't stand that kind of music. But whatever, this type of question is strictly opinion, and I respect your opinion. But anyway, my top 5 would probably go... 1) Jimi Hendrix 2) Eric Clapton 3) Stevie Ray Vaughn 4) Eddie Van Halen 5) Slash Honorable Mention- Tom Morello, mostly for his ability to create totally unique sounds through the use of effect pedals. Plus Rage Against the Machine is my favorite band. -------------------
