I submitted a article earlier yesterday but it has been marked for deletion with no explanation on what was wrong with it.

I am almost positive I have seen a 2.40 XMB Guide posted before - it might have not been the same but it was definitely similar.
You should PM which ever staffer marked it for deletion, and ask them. | |
