When I post a new story, do I have to make up my original headline, or just use the one that they did? Most of the time I got away with using theirs, but once or twice the approver told me to change it. Should I make a new title?

We strongly suggest using your own headline. You could even slightly change it, just so long as it is not the exact same. Some approvers may let this bit slip by them and not realize it.
