This has happened a couple times for me the past few days..I'll post something, attach it to the appropriate entity, and then later the post is no longer attached to the entity. It happened with this article. Seems to work fine after re-attaching.

Has that pattern always been the same?

• Write up article
• Attach an entity
  • How many entities?
  • Is it always the same number of entities attached?
• Submit
• Look in pending and entities are gone?

I've found it occasionally happens with the story "type". sometimes when i go back and edit something like a spelling mistake or to add an image it'll reset to news. It loses the attached games as chautemoc said then sometimes too.
