The box is right underneath. You see where it says screenshots in bold and underneath it psp. well you click on that and a new box opens up and that is where you submit your screenshots or any other information (release date, review scores etc.) And to submit more, you just click on that psp thing and another box opens up. Then when you are done you select what you want to send to neo (usually it selects it for you, but in some cases it doesn't) and submit the article, when you submit the article, it submits the info to neo aswell.
