Bethesda Softworks LLC is having a contest. People can submit innovative Perks and get a chance of them being coded in the game. The name of the winner will be posted in the game and you can win an Xbox 360.

I saw a great perk which was called "jack of all trades" which let you raise all of your skills to 220, but you would never be able to get any of them to 300. Another good idea would be a perk that would allow you to shift skill points around every time you got the perk, so you could transfer points from a skill you don't really need instead of waiting to level up. Also there should be a perk called "harvester" which, if you make a critical one-shot kills to the head you get the enemies skull which you can covert to let's say 50 skill points. Another perk you could get is "mind sweeper" which would allow you to erase the last 5 conversations you had with someone, that way you can come back and make a good "first" impression. Another perk they could have is "quick draw" or "quick reload" which would halve the AP needed. Another one could be "drone" which would make you immune to poison and radiation but would make it difficult to heal yourself as you would now need repair kits and could no longer use stimp packs/doc bags/first aid. "Touch of Light" where when its bright you interact and have better results when its bright (day time). "Mad Maxx" where you could call him to help you 10x and his weapons/armor/skill would improve based on your own. "Stentch of Grime" where animals would not attack you, mutants would think you are an animal (depending on how far away you are from them) and people will think you are disgusting, lowering your karma with those people. "Gambit" where you could turn any food into an explosive. "Radioactive Man" where you are radioactive to the point that you can kill others if you want to with radiation when you stand near them (for stealth kills) in about five minutes(when you activate the skill), the draw back is you still eak a bit of radiation which is harmful for all near you , but not leathal.

Its fine and dandy to have everything you want because everyone else is dead and gone and can't stop you. The problem with that is that you wouldn't have anyone to share it with.

In other words, no one would be around to be inferior to you, so you wouldn't be superior, you'd be normal, despite all your nifty gear.
