	First you start off by doing everything except the "Roommate Mission". I am pretty sure you have to ask he/she when your house value is at or above $50,000 or might get a call from Malcolm telling you to build up your house value. You also have to be in the green and the house has to look good (I think). If you still can't move in with him/her, then you might want him/her as a friend. ~ If that doesn't work... 	i fixed up the house, made about 2 friends, and just threw a party. someone at the party told me it would be better if we used the hot tub, so i made some food on my grill, chilled in the hot tub, and i found a roommate. ------------------- If it wasn't for the United States, the French would be speaking German.

	Try not seling stuff... To find a roommate, throw a decent party (hot tub, food etc) and be in a ood mood, then seek out a friend and ask. Easy
