I prefer playing Bass....I like the sound, and it is a little more 'relaxed' than the rest of the instruments (much easier to play).

Drums and regular guitar are also fun enough. I suck major at Vocals though >_>

Drums. It involves more body movement than guitar and bass. Also, it's a nice change from guitar, since I've been playing it since Guitar Hero II.

Either Drums or Guitar for me.

Drums= Hitting stuff? Awesome. Also feels much closer to a "workout" than Guitar does. Also helps you separate your foot from your hands.

Guitar= Sweeping solos not only sound awesome, the fretwork is really fun to play. This has really built up some serious hand-eye coordination.

I'm better at Guitar, but I think I play Drums more.

I'm inclined to say vocals, because I'm amazing at them, but probably drums. They're fun, not to mention they're damn close to the real thing.

I too prefer bass over guitar because of the tone.

For me I favor the Guitar over all. I hate signing, so the vocals are out. I don't really relate to the drums, and the bass isn't that fun in my opinion.

I'd have to say I prefer the Guitar over the drums, merely because I've had more practise with it from GH2 and 3. Drums are really fun though but I suck ass at vocals and just pass some songs on easy so I'm either a really bad singer or I'm going wrong somewhere

Lately, I prefer singing over guitar, bass and drums. Guitar over bass, and bass over drums. I don't like playing the drums.

i like guitar but it is too easy for me, so i play guitar while singing.

My favorite instrument is Guitar.

In real life I go for Bass. I love my ICB300EX.
