	Swing the Wii-mote at a reasonable pace and don't go too fast!! Speed meter should't exceed into the red zone!! When you reach the final 100 meter sprint over the hurdles area, hold "A" and shake until you have little stamina remaining!! Stop swinging to let stamina fill up a bit and then do the sprint thing to the finish line!!
