Why are none of the players' names included in the game?

	I heard that it is because the NCAA won't allow it. but why won't they allow it? i don't see the harm of having the real players' names included in the game

	It's also in part becasue of how many plerys there are and then you would need to pay them for the rights to use their names in the game

	It's because of the sheer number of players in College football. It just would've been too much work to include I guess. You can buy a name pack for $5 or so that will put them all in.

	That's all BS!! College athletes are amateurs, that aren't supposed to be merchandised. If the game would include the real names, it would be merchandising of the players, who then in return can claim to get money for this, which is also prohibited for college athletes. That's why the NCAA didn't allow Producers to use real names of college athletes.
