I only know of the one set in an American jail? If that's the one you're on about it is indeed brilliant. Channel 4 used to show it at some ridiculous time (like 2am or something) years ago. I've not seen all of them, but I do remember it being really good. Only character that I can really recall is J K Simmons playing the head of the Aryan gang inside.

So basically, the S4 is exactly the same as the S3 except it has EIGHT cores (yes, EIGHT *bleep*ING CORES), a full HD screen and an even thinner chassis.
