I'd suggest taking another look at the source of the hatred. Frankly, I don't massively rate him but he did alright, certainly better than Gerrard, his link up play was alright, made good runs. Not someone who I reckon will break through with everyone else fit but will probably be in and around the squad for the next 10 years. He wasn't at all helped by our insistence on still at times going long to someone as small as Defoe either.

*bleep*ing piss poor. Most of the players did their job today, its the manager and his tactics which are thwarting us. Hmmm will i pick a striker who has 1 goal in 7 this season or a striker who has 47 goals in his last 46. Yes, ill play the first one for 80 minutes and the 2nd one for 10 minutes.

McGregor: Made two world class saves to save us the draw. Easily our #1 these days.
Hutton: Did alright, could have been sent off for his challenge, won several free-kicks for us tho.
Berra + Webster: Never really had much to do to be honest, nothing much to note for them.
Dixon: Had a brilliant debut. Defended well, and got forward well. Exactly what you want from a full back.
Caldwell: Meh, didn't do much, sweeped up the balls in his area.
Adam: Woeful, every set piece he delivered was shocking, passes went to Serbia ever time aswell.
Morrison: Not much to note for him, worked hard chasing for Adam and Caldwell half the game.
Naismith: Lucky boy to stay on. His work rate, effort and defensive work is so vitally important, Doesnt stop running, but never did much today.
Snodgrass: Did well, worked hard, unlucky to be subbed to be honest.
Miller: Held the ball well, but shouldn't be out #1 striker. Doesn't have the legs anymore and cant finish for shit.

Forrest: Did alright, didnt get much of a chance to make an impact.
Mackie: See above
Rhodes: See above

Miller had two chances with his head that if fell to Rhodes i would have been confident of a good chance of a goal. Serbia are actually a decent team, but we should be beating them at home. Levein out!

Cleverly is a good little player, I'm just as baffled as to why people seem to think he's awful. Probably another one of those what does he do players, focus on him for 90 minutes and you will see he's very good at what he does.

He got 47 goals in his last 46 matches. Could argue that most of them were in League One but still if Kenny Miller was any good, surely he'd have more than 1 MLS goal?
