I would be interested to see if Rooney would go to PSG if the offer was accepted, I don't think he would purely because its the french league. If he did I would like to think we would sign someone better than Cisse though! Obviously this isn't going to happen though.

Rodgers is reportedly going to try to bring in Sigurrosson, Sinclair, Williams and Allen with Allen costing up to 10m...

Well on the Swansea website it says that Gylfi has agreed personal terms with Swansea, the deal is still yet to be confirmed though. I really hope Fergie realises what an absolute steal he would be for 6.8m but I think the lure of Rodgers might take him to Liverpool. I wouldn't say Allen is worth 10m either but its cause he has 3 years left on his contract. I think Sinclair isn't good enough for Liverpool either, he seems the type of player thats better when he is a the big player at the smaller club and not the other way round. If he goes to Liverpool than I think he will leave after a season.

I'd laugh if he took Scott Sinclair and Ashley Williams with him. Even Gylfi to a degree as much as I like him. Those aren't players you want in your team if you're pushing for the top 4. (however much their fans are protesting that was unrealistic under Kenny, with the money they were spending it wasn't) They aren't even particularly players you want if you are pushing for the top 7. Williams is a solid upper mid-table player. Sinclair is probably good for some goals if you're a lower mid-table/relegation type team. Gylfi is probably a good talent to have from the bench or in for the odd few matches for his effectivness, a Krancjar (there are probably better examples, that's just the first that came to my head) type at best though, looks world class at bottom half teams, not sure if he'd cut it 30 games + in a top team. I like Joe Allen, he'd probably be a good signing but then he's also basically got the midfield built around him at Swansea, taking him out of that and putting him in the Liverpool team might be a whole different game, especially considering I doubt Rodgers will get Liverpool passing it around like Swansea.

That said I'd be surprised if Liverpool sign even one of those, more than likely just the idle speculation that you get everytime a manager switches clubs.

If Hazard costs us £32 million, Hulk £38 million and Marin £8 million, means we've only spent like £4 million more than what Liverpool did on Caroll, Henderson and Downing.

Not sure about Hulk though, risky paying that amount of money for somebody whos only proven in Portugal, would probably rather see it spent elsewhere but can't help but be excited with a Hazard, Mata, Hulk, Torres attack.

He isn't going anywhere from Spurs, he'll either play on if his knee surgery sorts his injury out, or he'll do something else at the club.
