	I'll reserve judgement until after the match, but yeah my first thoughts are also pretty sceptical about Downing and Milner starting. If we're playing Milner, he should be on the left to combat Debuchy getting forward, but stick Chamberlain/Walcott on the right and let them run all day at Evra, who has looked so shaky this season. ------------------- Hero.

	It just seems a negative lineup. Rather than focussing on Debuchy potentially causing us problems, lets play someone like Chambo or Theo who can cause the French themselves problems when we go forward. The starting X1 looks to me to be a side that would just be happy to grind out a draw. That being said, I'd take a draw now myself, but I'd like to see us "go for it" a bit more. Fingers crossed Woy proves me wrong and Downing plays out of his skin. Come on England! -------------------

	I'm just worried, we look second best everywhere, and the French are weakest at the back, getting right at Evra and Mexes is vital for us, and like you said, think we'll be too negative. Playing two wingers that lack pace in Milner and Downing, and are more known for their crossing ability (har har Downing) seems baffling to me if we play Welbeck up front. Walcott had a better season than both of them, get him in the side. ------------------- Hero.

	We more than likely will be playing for a draw, try and get a point off France and then beat the other 2 "lesser" nations. 	Hope Welbeck , Milner & Ox start and then maybe stick Walcott, Carroll and or Defoe (if Roy includes him) on for the last 20 minutes or so as their players will be tired because it will be very sunny. I'd like a draw , I think if we win we'll most likely win the group but if we draw it'll probably go to GD which they'll most likely be first on. Croatia have a good chance of winning their group if they stay unbeaten which will be difficult.
