Quick summary of the transfer rules, you can see most of this in the first post:

The transfer window will open at 5pm tomorrow when the opening game kicks off

You can choose to try and sign a 'free agent' (anyone who isn't in someone's squad) at any time during the window. There will be a deadline of 10pm every day for free transfer requests. After this time the player will be added to your squad as long as there is no competition from other members. If there is then the team with the least amount of points (or if points are level then the team with the lowest total score) will get the player. If you don't meet the 10pm deadline then your request will carry over to the next day.

To request a free agent you must PM me. If you then want to cancel this request then just reply to your PM thread saying so.

Obviously if your free agent has already played for that round then you won't be able to pick him til the next round. Otherwise you can sub him straight in for a player who hasn't kicked off yet.

You can release players from your squad at any time providing they a) have not already played during the match round and b) are in your starting eleven. There is no minimum squad size limit but obviously you'll want to keep as much depth as possible. The maximum squad size is 16 players. You can choose to release a player on the condition that you sign a free agent, meaning you keep your player if the free agent signs for another team.

You can trade with other members for their players at any time after the window opens. You can negotiate through PM and then if you come to an agreement, the trade will be processed when one of the members posts it in the thread (for example, Cristiano Ronaldo from Hanstead United to Suarez's All Whites in exchange for Scott Parker and Rob Green). Trades will only come into effect after each game round.

Rules will change slightly for the knockouts but I'll go over that nearer the time. Think that's everything.
