Finished the 7th or 8th season, I dunno. Currently looking at the newgens to find players decent for my side

I'm Vitesse now.

Lot of money but not many who want to join.

I signed Anita, Donk, Erick Torres and some Belgian left winger.

Really slow start led to me asking for more time just before the Ajax match. Got stuffed 3-0 there, but not lost in 6 since heading into the winter break.

Looking to make another signing, but really can't attract anyone to improve the squad enough.

I've had the youth and training facilities upgraded though, so go for that.

I struggled to find a formation, but now playing a 4-2-2-1-1. Two DMs, two wingers and Torres behind Bony.

I'm not copying every save you have, honest
I'm basically just listening to what my scouts are reccomending and then seeing if they're cheap enough to not break the bank or anything.
Gone with a 4-4-2 diamond and 4-4-1-1 myself, basically what my backroom staff advised. Will try and get the facilities upgraded, think it's the only way we're gonna be challenging for a while..

NEC match was such a fluke loss. dominated them, scored a goal but it was wrongly disallowed, 2 mins later they score,then again. Got a man sent off then it all went downhill. Other than that I'm happy with our recent form.

Just beat Ajax 5-2 and AZ 2-1. Have Excelsior and Feyenoord next, both at home in the league, currently in 5th. Same points as Ajax, 2 behind Heracles, 2 behind Heerenveen and 7 behind Utrecht who seem to be walking with it.

Just lost 2-0 to PSV at their place. Drops me to 3rd 1 point behind them as they leapfrog me to 2nd and 4 points behind Ajax.

Gunna be a struggle next season though. The squad is quite poor and I doubt I'm going to get the money to replace everyone who is needed, especially Annan.

Aye, definitely gonna have to strengthen. Defence and a few new midfielders need to be bought imo. You had the best defence in the league whereas mine was shit, but my strikeforce was the best and scored the most We've got decent ones as it is but to make the next step up for Europe and to progress in the league we need higher quality. Finished 4th, us, PSV and Heerenveen all lost on the last day, whereas Ajax and Utrecht and Ajax won so Utrecht won the league by 1 point. Lucky bastards, they fluked a few reuslts

I reckon I need a first team RB, CB, LB & DM. As well as a squad DM. All with a £5 million budget.

Must have scouted around 50 players so far, but for one reason or another just can't settle on anyone.

Valero,Prestia,Jaume Costa and also brought Van Aanholt in on permanent.
Just looking to sell some players who didn't play much, are low down in the pecking order, or are just on too big a wage for what part they play. I also had a £5M budget, but that goes halfway in the budget adjustment, so I decreased it abit.
I'm also having the problem of not settling on anyone, mainly in defence. People I'm scouting are coming back as good players but clubs are expecting upwards of £9M for them, whereas there seems to be no 2 and a half star plus player who'll come for like £2M
ffs, most of the players I wanna sell are going on likely going for free anyway

Got a message saying tycoon eyes Reading (I'm Wrexham) Turns out this American tycoon is Marcus Hahnemann. They're in the same league as me (League 1) and he's promised to make £46M available for transfers

I'd think so. They may also be put off because they may need to pay more compo for you.

It's the match engine that lets it down. I reckon it could be better than the last few FMs I've played if they sorted it out.
