Just beat Ajax 5-2 and AZ 2-1. Have Excelsior and Feyenoord next, both at home in the league, currently in 5th. Same points as Ajax, 2 behind Heracles, 2 behind Heerenveen and 7 behind Utrecht who seem to be walking with it.

Irl champions get group stages. Second get CL qualifiers. 3rd and 4th EL. Then 5-8th play offs. 9th got play offs this year due to the cup.

Joel Ward and Jed Wallace are mini-legends. They both took contract reductions to £90 p/w. I had Benjani down to £120 a week (I can only offer 90) and I was trying to throw on extras to get him to sign but he got bored and I can't offer him one now

Still can't bring anyone in though! 21st in the league. Only 3pts off the bottom - and that was with all the better players I've sold. I'll probably go down. Varney being out for 4 months doesn't help either

Just lost 2-0 to PSV at their place. Drops me to 3rd 1 point behind them as they leapfrog me to 2nd and 4 points behind Ajax.

FM decided to *bleep* me over in the last minute of added time in the play-off final with a wrongly given penalty and sending off. *bleep*ing fantastic.

Got through to the JPT final, and I'll face Swindon.

It's basically 1st (us) vs 2nd in the league, and both teams will be promoted, unless Swindon *bleep* up and drop a load of points. I think my promotion is secure (76 points after 29 games), and my players have really started to gel together the last few games, so I think I'll win the league. Got my strikers to thank for it; James Collins has 40 in 37 and Terry Gornell has 27 in 35 with a handy 14 assists to go with it. Unreal strikeforce.
