	Awful today . Absolutely awful. No creativity or drive at all. Whittaker had a particularly shite game , touch was awful. Support next to the away fans weren't sitting down (not out of the ordinary at many grounds tbf) and tge police were up and down the stairs every two mins in the first half, then at about 30 minutes the stood down the front with a video camera recording people not sitting ! 	So, what are everyone's thoughts on Kilmarnock chairman Michael Johnston's thoughts? quote "We need more clarity on Bill Miller's plan for Rangers and how it will it structured. "The clubs are mindful of a sporting integrity aspect but the commercial benefits outweigh that." BBC For him to come out and say that last line is a disgrace. How can he be fit to run a football club when he says its OK for other clubs to throw the rule book away if it gets us more money? Surely it should be the job of chairmen such as him to look at ways to ensure that they could make up money if Rangers going bust did result in losing the TV deals. Surely there could be a feasible increase of average attendances that could make up such a loss for a start (of course, cheaper tickets would equal more fans, but lowering the ticket money wouldn't quite work the way needed here, as of course,the increase would need to be larger in terms of attendances for it to be worth it). Also, here's a point, no football club has been liquidated because they were relegated. Being relegated obviously means that they can't get the TV money from the SPL. So why is it that the SPL need a strong Celtic or Rangers when relegated clubs have been able to survive? If no chairman can think of alternative solutions to a lack of TV money, then perhaps they are not the ideal person to be running a football club.

	Not gonna lie Aido I cba'd reading your whole post, it's boring me now all this debate. But as for your first question after the quote, killie are one of the teams on the knife edge , just keeping their heads above water as far as I'm aware, please correct me if I'm wrong guys... So as goes for every owner he is only interested in keeping things in line for his little club, thus if we go down, they take a somewhat substantial hit on revenue for when we visit them once or twice a season . As far as I'm aware a good few teams are in the same position, likely the only reason we might just manage to stay in the spl. ------------------- Unemployed as bleep

	Our place in the SPL next season has practically been finalised. It also speaks volumes that Dunfermline were unable to pay their players wages until we gave them their ticket money. -------------------

As for relegated clubs i'm sure parachute payments help, but they also have to cut shit loads of costs. How many times has a relegated club come straight back up? I'd bet not often. Pretty poor performance today from everyone involved. If McCulloch isn't winning headers he's useless and when Aluko would pick up the ball and turn towards goal he had no options and had to go back. Slack passes from the midfield, Whittaker having a shocker and Wallace hiding didn't help. Meh, played like a game that meant nothing. -------------------

	If Rangers get back in the majority of Celtic fans won't be back and will done with Scottish football and the ones that stay won't be going to away games so the clubs will be losing the same amount of cash anyway.

As did Dunfermline I believe. But yeah, the cuts would have been pretty bad. Potentially, there's bound to be a solution that pleases both "Rangers are needed" and the "Rangers need to be held accountable for their actions". Of course, this all hinges on the Two Contracts and the EBT issues, I guess we can just leave the sporting integrity issues until we get the results from both of them.
