	Also, in terms of the law, The actions that Craig Whyte took that saw the entity known as Rangers Football Club dodging tax were the actions of Rangers Football Club. The "It was Craig Whyte" argument is bleeping pointless, because in the eyes of the law, there is no difference between "Craig Whyte, as a director of Rangers Football Club did not pay £13m in tax" and "Rangers Football Club did not pay £13m in tax". I suggest you read this which shows how a precedent involving Tesco distinguishes how the act of one person and the act of a company are one and the same in such a scenario.

	It's common sense that other people at the club knew that Rangers FC (not Craig Whyte) weren't paying their taxes. The fact that you and a load of other Rangers fans can't see this is astonishing. That and the Channel 4 journalist tweeted that the tribunal are close to naming a number of people who definitely knew and didn't do anything about it. Lol that will be the same guy who is saying that there is another bid on the table for Rangers which is worth hundreds's of millions, so we will be safe and winning the CL in 5 years time. It was unlucky that Murray and then Whyte took you over and preceded to drag you into a mountain of debt but I refuse to accept that no-one else at the club knew about it and therefor it isn't only the fault of one (or two) man. Whyte has only gotten away with it as the SFA have no legal jurisdiction to extort the money they have fined him as far as I can tell. I'm a Raith Rovers supporter. -------------------

Well that "journalist" has claimed that Martin Bain was involved in the non payment of tax, despite the fact that Whyte kicked Bain out the club within a couple of weeks of taking over. Brining the game into disrepute thought the non-payment of PAYE and Tax. What do you mean by the punishments listed? We have got the embargo and a fine. Ticketus have transfered the tickets we owe them into money so we owe them money not tickets. Im guessing that is part of the CVA agreement?! -------------------

This is true, but with admin comes an embargo anyway. What about all the other teams who went into admin. There are a million questions that could be asked about this. Not only that but i have also read(from wiki th0) that UEFA have have taken Transfer Embargo off their list of punishments if a team breaks the Financial Fair play rules(different thing but still) due to legal advice(im guessing that they legally can't stop teams from trading). This isn't the end of this and i can still se action being taken by Rangers... -------------------
